Our Technology Difference


The JobXu (jobxu.careers) platform uses the best concepts of Semantic Web, Contextual Search, Dynamic Processing and Open Source software. We utilize a data profiling approach analogous to semantic web, but without the need to create a “new simplified language” to build the business rules. These rules are dynamically built through machine learning based on the business rules applied and data groups used. This ontological approach enables users to create their own criteria on the fly and used in dynamic search indexing. Based on “Pareto optimality”, the algorithm ensures that when results are returned from the dynamic search one is rewarded for optimally matching a business rule while the other results are degraded.  Utilizing open source products combined with custom Java, we have created a highly secure, flexible and scale-able framework delivered using state-of-the-art secrets management and container delivery platform.
